Absolutely! We specialise in custom-tailored garments. Visit our Customize page to choose your style, fabric, embroidery, and provide your exact measurements. Every garment is stitched to your specifications.

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes from S to 5XL. For the perfect fit, we recommend using our custom measurement option where you provide your chest, waist, hip, and length measurements.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days. Express delivery (3–5 days) is available for an additional charge. Custom orders may take 10–15 days depending on embroidery complexity.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to all states across India. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Contact us on WhatsApp for international shipping rates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your parcel on the courier's website. Feel free to message us anytime for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) with a ₹50 handling fee. Our UPI ID is bageshwarbabavastra@upi.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, all UPI payments are processed through India's secure UPI infrastructure. After payment, please upload your payment screenshot on our Payment page for quick order confirmation.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 7 days for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Custom-stitched garments cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Please contact us on WhatsApp with photos.

What fabrics do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use premium natural fabrics including Pure Cotton, Silk Cotton, Chanderi, Linen, and Khadi. All fabrics are carefully selected for comfort during long puja sessions and spiritual ceremonies.
